Hurae, a creative agency based in Brussels, is looking for reinforcement.As a Project manager, you will play a carousel role in our team. You’ll be the central person in small and large projects, focussing on quality and efficiency of our work, team collaboration, and client satisfaction. The team thrives in a delicate balance of change, chaos and structure and we’re looking for someone to come stand in the center of that balance. Your days will be around turning in a creative and innovative environment, where ideas, experiment and collaboration are the ingredients of everything we do. Your focus will be on managing projects and facilitating communication with clients and the creatives. Hurae encourages every team member to think strategically with our clients and seek for new creative opportunities. Yes, a project manager should be creative.

Key responsibilities

Lead small en big projects
Collaborate continuously with the creative director and the team to assure creative expectations are met
Plan creative and strategic sessions with clients
Manage and follow up project budgets
Project administration and invoicing
Follow industry trends and show active interest in (online) communication novelties
Collaborate closely with the management team, in a co-creation relationship

Who are you?

Are friendly and open-minded, and love a bit of chaos
Are far-sighted and naturally look forward
Like to combine practical and creative thinking
Eat online content and are okay with the asian cuisine
Speak Dutch, French and English fluently
Are a clear communicator, both spoken and written
Have at least 3 years of experience in an agency or have worked as a project / account manager in an innovative environment
Are online savvy
Bonus points: you’ve got a creative side project or have a tendency to dive into exotic rabbit holes.
Bonus points: you know the ins and outs of TikTok
